Club CONNECT’s target audience includes Clubs Victoria members and other sector stakeholders such as senior management and club members, suppliers to the club sector, politicians and bureaucrats.
-
Clubs Victoria does not guarantee and is under no obligation to publish any article submitted for consideration.
-
Articles must add true value to the magazine by being of interest, relevance and assistance to the sector in a broad sense – sharing the collective intellect.
-
Clubs Victoria has a strict editorial policy to ensure content is authoritative and editorial in style. Clubs Victoria does not accept articles of a promotional or advertorial nature.
-
There must be a focus on strategic issues and new developments in club development or the club sector rather than re-hashing the same old topics. This could include new trends in the club sector, relevant technological advancements, new business models etc.
-
Average word count per page is 700 plus image. It is recommended contributors discuss article lengths with the editor.
-

-
The editorial deadline is the 15th of the month prior to the month of publication (e.g. the deadline for the May/June edition would be 15 April). If the 15th falls on a weekend, then it would be the Friday before. Editorial agenda is normally set a month prior to deadline, so it is recommended those interested in contributing contact the editor with article proposals well in advance.
