For over 60 years, William Angliss Institute of TAFE has been the specialist centre for Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts training. This program has been designed with the club industry needs in mind, therefore causing minimum disruptions to the day-to-day operation of the business. The training approach means that the majority of the course will be completed outside of work hours. Students should be aware that certain course units can only be conducted on campus.
