With over twenty years experience within recruitment and human resources, the Directors of HR Integration, Leanne Fink and Rachael Moller understand the importance of professional and effective recruitment and selection processes. These are vital for the growth and success of every organisation.

Leanne Fink

Leanne has an extensive Human Resource background with experience gained working with organisations of various sizes and industry sectors over the past 25 years.

Leanne in conjunction with Rachael Moller decided to start HR Integration ten years ago as they could see many small to midsized businesses were struggling with the ever changing demands of employment legislation without dedicated in-house human resource expertise.

It is our aim to assist businesses as and when they need it, with practical, easy to manage and effective employment solutions that benefit and are fair to both the business and staff.

As a working mother of four, Leanne has strong communication and negotiation skills and is very resourceful.

Rachael Moller

Rachael has been involved in Human Resource Management and Organisational Development for the past fourteen years and has had the opportunity to develop her skills working within a variety of environments.
