ClubsVIC provides a Management Recruitment Service for clubs, with confidential, professional assistance for the entire recruitment process or any part thereof. We hold an extensive, condfidential database of professional, qualified staff, covering all areas of your business including club managers, general managers, secretary managers, chefs and kitchen staff.

Recruitment fees range from $1500 - $4000 + GST, for member clubs depending on the level required, excluding advertising costs. Please note that fees are higher for non-member clubs.

Running clubs and employing staff is now a very complex matter. Increased legal liabilities, unlawful dismissal, anti-discrimination laws, stress related WorkCover claims, duty of care liabilities and requirements under the new Privacy Bill make it imperative that the selection process be professional and systematic. The wrong person in the wrong job can be very expensive and have wide-ranging ramifications.

The recruitment ‘road’ is hazardous:

• Have you selected the right person for the job?
• Is that person fit for the work?
• Will this job be within the capabilities of the person or will it be unduly stressful?
• Have you prepared the appropriate Position Description whether they are permanent or casual?
