Our three step process ensures that we capture what you need us to and provide the level of support across the calendar year, specific to your needs. 

STEP 1: FREE COMMUNICATIONS AUDIT

The first and most important step in the OUR CLUB implementation process is to undertake a full and comprehensive Communications Audit to understand the nature of your club, the history, the members/patrons/people it represents, the clubs purpose and primary objective. This audit is available annually as part of your membership of Clubs Victoria.

We will review your current communications strategies in relation to the Ten Tools that underpin OUR CLUB together with understanding all other communications and marketing strategies that you may have in place or have implemented in the past.

Our Communications Audit incorporates review of existing logos and style guides that need to be considered and all standing branded collateral such as business cards, stationary and website.

This information will go towards building a strong design brief and help to establish consistency, accuracy and a professional approach towards all future marketing material in order to strengthen your clubs brand identity and engage high quality sponsors.

STEP 2: OUR CLUB STARTER PACK

Once the outcome of the Communications Audit is established, Motto will kick start OUR CLUB with the following primary tools and products, for visual communication and presentation that promotes your new model to potential sponsors, advertisers and members.

1. Year Planner
1 x A3 Hard copy & electronic copy detailing your clubs full year marketing & events program.

2. Database Marketing Strategy
Establish and clearly define preferred categories for all contact to assist with all marketing & KPI measures.

3. Website Template (not included in standard pack)
Complete visual design & detailed site map considering all content required, together with marketing, sponsor & advertiser opportunities. (does not include a website build ready for on line application).

4. NEWSLETTER TEMPLATE
Design and develop a newsletter format considering content required, club marketing initiatives together with sponsorship & advertising opportunities.

5. ANNUAL REPORT/YEAR BOOK TEMPLATE
Design and develop a publication format considering content required, club marketing initiatives together with sponsorship & advertising opportunities.

6. EVENT SPECIFIC MARKETING CONCEPT
Design & develop one complete marketing campaign concept including Poster. Email Blast, Ticketing & Newsletter Advertising.

7. SPONSOR INITIATIVE PACK
Design & development of a Major Sponsor brochure & general Sponsorship pack tailored to a preferred sponsor profile.

8. NEW MEMBERSHIP DRIVE
Define strategic initiatives to identify and capture an increase range of demographics.

9. MEMBERS PROMO PACK SAMPLE
Design & develop a Members Promo Pack & Mock Up, including Wallet, Card, & promotional Initiatives.

10. GRAPHIC DESIGN & COPYWRITING
Work with the clubs existing design theme to identify and clearly define any applicable design rules to establish consistency across all marketing requirements.

STEP 3: ROLL OUT & MANAGEMENT

The final step is the rollout and production of items and ongoing management of the calendar of activities. OUR CLUB within your club is supported by Motto for all design, production and content requirements for events and activities throughout the calendar year.

By synchronising your events calendar to our schedule, we’ll be in touch with your stakeholders to prompt supply of information for communication pieces such as your newsletters, Annual Report/ Year Book, posters and email blasts to promote events.

We’ll refine your current database into more strategic fields and reinstate it into our Database Marketing tool to maximise the potential of all communication and advertising pieces.

Where hard copy print is required we’ll provide best value for money and are available to manage any ad hoc requirements you may need in support of your venue or activities.
