Resolution:    300dpi/175lpi

Accepted formats: 

We prefer an Illustrator EPS in CMYK, with all fonts outlined. However, we also accept files in the following formats: PDF: is accepted - ensure all elements are in CMYK and the settings are 3DAPv2 or similar. Please also ensure that all fonts have been outlined (converted to curves). We take no responsibility for PDFs that are supplied as low resolution.

The 3DAP setting can be obtained from www.3dap.com.au QuarkXpress (up to version 6.5) Images and all mac postscript fonts must be supplied.

InDesign CS: (up to version CS1) All mac postscript fonts and images must be supplied with file. 

Adobe Illustrator: (up to version CS2) please outline any fonts (convert to curves), or alternatively please supply the mac postscript fonts used in your document.

Adobe Photoshop: ensure files are in bitmap, greyscale or CMYK mode (NOT RGB) and the resolution is 300dpi. Black and white lineart is best at 600 dpi. Files should be saved as EPS or TIF.

All material supplied on disk must be accompanied by a laser proof, preferably colour. Always ensure your files have been flight-checked or put through a pre-press check program before sending.

Email: Please use the file compression program called StuffIt whenever possible to reduce the file size before sending.
