Executive Director Richard Evans Leading Clubs Victoria since 2010 is Richard Evans who has redeveloped as Executive Director The Franchise Council of Australia, the Australian Retailers Association, Communication Director of the World Franchise Council, Education Director the Asia Pacific Franchise Confederation, President Outdoor Advertising Association of Australia, Councillor Western Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Councillor Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Director Headwest, Director Variety Club and former federal member of Parliament. Richard has a strong reputation in advocacy, business development, education and providing membership services, who as a consultant to trade associations has identified the business model needed to relieve revenue angst and provide relevance to the brand and thus reduce the demands upon the volunteers. Richard majored in Industrial Relations at University of Western Australia and is a Masters student at University of Canberra; he is a Fellow of the Company Directors Association and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Employments Relations team leader Nick Tindley Nick is the Advisory Services Manager with FCB Group, and has over eight years experience providing industrial relations and employment law advice. Nick started his journey in the employment law space providing advice and assistance to young people experiencing difficulties at work, through his role at the Young Workers' Advisory Service. He then spent over six years with the National Retail Association, including almost three years as Director of its Employment Law Division. Tours and Relationship Officer Michelle Dalmau Michelle is a specialist executive in providing service to members and Clubs Victoria Partners. Michelle for many years has provided communication links to Clubs Victoria stakeholders and retains the confidence of members in the development of various tours specific for members. Michelle organises national and international tours and develops the many events in partnership the events team.

Sponsorship and Partnership Manager Laurie Kerr Laurie has extensive experience in developing partner programs with industry assocaitions; he is strong in media management and can provide partners with advice on how to maximise potential returns from the club sector. Laurie is a former senior executive within major media organisations and brings over 10 years association management to the role. He is active in clubs and understands the unique needs of clubs when maximising supplier management.

Peter Vasta Finance Team Leader Peter is a Club specialist accountant who has worked in public practice for over sixteen years, and he has been a director of Cummings Flavel McCormack chartered accountants for the last six years. Peter's specialist Club division ‘Club b.a.t.’ (bookkeeping accounting tax) has over thirteen years experience of advising the club industry. We understand the financial issues, the political issues and the “soft” issues that challenge managers and committees. Peter has and continues to represent many Clubs across the State, and regularly presents topics of importance to the Industry. Areas of specialisation include Income tax, management reporting, project feasabilities, bank submissions, profitability analysis, consulting to state government, and representing various Clubs as an expert witness for government hearings.

Elena Azmutally Accounts Management Elena provides guiidnace and support in her active role in managing the daily accounts of Clubs Victoria. Elena has tertiary qualifications in accounting and engineering and thus provides highly qualified advice to Clubs Victoria

Leanne Fink Recruitment Team Leader Leanne has an extensive Human Resource background with experience gained working with organisations of various sizes and industry sectors over the past 25 years. In conjunction with Rachael Moller pictured left, Leanne decided to start HR Integration ten years ago as they could see many small to midsized businesses were struggling with the ever changing demands of employment legislation without dedicated in-house human resource expertise. She now applies these skills personailsed to member clubs and encourages a variety of receruitment options for members. It is Leanne's aim to assist clubs as and when they need it, with practical, easy to manage and effective employment solutions that benefit and are fair to both the business and staff.

Liz Baldwin Events Team Leader Liz has extensive experience in managing events for industry associations and clubs. Liz for more than 10 years has worked to present events that provide a return for delegates and ensures a memorable event.

Robert Swinbourn Telephone Advisory Team Leader Robert leads the front office team which is focused on responding to member requests and ensuring members are able to speak to the person who can directly help them.
