Clubs College is proud to offer the Diploma of Hospitality, specialising in Club Management (SIT50307) in partnership with the William Angliss Institute.
If you're an experienced employee, who is currently working in industry, the Diploma offers you the practical and theoretical skills you need to take the next step to senior management positions within the Club sector.
This flexible hospitality option includes subjects in the areas of:
- Business operations
- Cellar and retail operations
- Financial management
- Gaming and advanced gaming
- Marketing
- Risk management
- Safety and security
- Sales and merchandising
- Staff supervision
- Stock control
Practical units include food and beverage service; food safety; bar service; reception and accommodation services, gaming and wine studies.
This course is delivered both on and off-campus via a range of methods including classroom delivery, online delivery, and assessment in the workplace.
Subject schedules are dependent on your educational and work experience, and a schedule will be personally tailored to suit your needs.
