Clubs Victoria as the leader in matters concerning licensed clubs provides a Code Office to support those clubs that subscribe to the ClubsVic Code. This service ensures that subscribing clubs comply with VCGR regulations and the Code Office provides management of the SEP2 program.

The VCGR offer the following advice on How to adopt a Code of Conduct or Self-Exclusion Program
All venue operators, commercial bingo centres and registered bookmakers must complete a Statement of Adoption Form confirming that an approved Code has been formally adopted. Venue Operators must also complete a separate form confirming the adoption of a SEP.
To adopt a generic Code or SEP you must provide the VCGR with the following –
- A copy of the minutes from a board/committee meeting confirming the decision to adopt a particular Code or SEP
- A completed Statement of Adoption Form signed by the Nominee or Authorised Officer
You must also notify the administrator of the Code or SEP you have adopted.
