Club Development Unit
ClubsVIC has reacted to a real need among our community based not for profit network of clubs and put into place an excellent team of club management and development professionals. The advice is optional and without cost to individual member clubs or to our network. The CDU concept has risen out of a recognition that a significant number of our member clubs require advice and assistance if they are to operate in the way they want and provide the services and facilities required by their members. ClubsVIC has raised funding for the program, which includes: - Two full time Liaison Officers, David Baldi and Karen Wood, and a back-up support team, who can visit the club, share their industry knowledge and provide operational and compliance advice if required. - A Health Check document which may be used by club managers as a useful working tool.
- If and when required – a network of experts are ready to spend time at your club at affordable rates. These people; Managers/Marketers/Accounts Specialists/ Legal etc. will provide the shot in the arm required by clubs that are not performing as they would like. (The individual club, ClubsVIC and the specialist will agree to an effective cost structure).
