FOOD SAFETY PROGRAM TEMPLATES

The Clubs Victoria AHA food safety program is now available free of charge to members of the Associations***.

The Associations are required to keep a register of all businesses using our program so we can comply with our obligations as set out under the Act.

If you have decided to adopt the Clubs Victoria AHA food safety program please complete the form below. Your program will then be forwarded on to you by mail upon receipt of your completed registration form, or you may collect it from our office.

*** Please note members who have already received their free food safety template are required to pay a fee of $80 plus GST including postage for each additional copy.
